The Sackler Institute for Developmental Psychobiology has developed a version of the Go/NoGo task for investigating cognitive control in young children:

Stimuli include images of a mole popping up in a garden. Participants are instructed to bop the mole in order to save the garden, but not to bop the less frequently occurring eggplant. Participants are instructed that throughout the task the mole will try to trick them with his clever disguises.
